常见冻结原因

个人账户:

① 账号行为异常:

新号频繁互动:新账号前期频繁点赞或关注,易被判定为机器人

短时间内大量操作:集中发 / 转推、评论、点赞、关注,容易被识别为垃圾行为。

批量小号异常:同一设备或同一 IP 下多个账号活跃,容易被认定为批量操作。

限流表现

推特的限流类型:

① 新号限流:

平台常见情况,无需额外排查问题。

建议新账号注册后的第一周暂不开展任何互动操作,一周后再通过增加动态发布量、互动频次来维护账号,一段时间后账号即可恢复正常使用。

② 常规限流(Shadowban):

发布内容添加标签(Tag)后,无法在对应标签页面找到自身内容,但账号登录、互动等基础功能可正常使用。

接下来介绍的方法主要围绕该类型展开,但方法基本通用。

③ 严重限流(Ghostban):

发布的动态仅本人或与本人互相关注的粉丝可见,无法进入公共推荐(广场);

发布的评论仅能在本人账号主页查看,评论接收方既不会收到评论通知,也无法查看该评论内容。

解决方法与上述常规限流一致。

④ 评论折叠:

通常因为系统检测后,判定内容 “可能包含攻击性信息” 所致。

这类情况的账号恢复难度较高,如果账号重要程度不高,建议直接更换新账号。

解除限制的方法

① 在网页版登录推特,在账号主页点击 “...”,进入 “设置与隐私(Settings and privacy)”

② 点击 “隐私与安全(Privacy and safety)”→“你的帖子(Your posts)”→把 “标记为可能包含敏感内容(Mark media you post as having material that may be sensitive)” 取消勾选。

③ 点击 “你看到的内容(Content you see)”→把 “显示可能包含敏感内容的媒体(Display media that may contain sensitive content)” 选中勾选。

④ 点击 “兴趣(Interests)”→把里面的内容全部取消勾选。

⑤ 点击 “搜索设置(Search settings)”→把 “隐藏敏感内容(Hide sensitive content)” 取消勾选。

⑥ 完成设置后,把账号停用一段时间,不开展任何互动操作(完全不使用账号或仅浏览)。具体时间不定,通常 1-2 周内恢复。

⑦ 确认限流账号是否恢复:找一个既没关注本账号、也没被该账号关注的陌生账号,在主页搜索任意内容。

若 “话题” 和 “最新” 板块都能正常展示结果,就代表限制已解除。

若显示无搜索结果,则仍被限制。

其他方法:

在广场与其他同样处于限流状态的用户开展互动,比如互相发送表情符号(emoji)等内容,以此向系统传递账号正常使用的信号。
